As a UX and Service Designer, I engage in projects, ranging from the facilitation of strategy workshops, over research to high-fidelity wireframes. To all my projects I bring the skill of simplifying complexity, which allows me to be present from the very early stages of the design process until its end.

At Prematch I am responsible for developing a design system, establishing product documentation as a source of truth, supporting QA processes, executing research, and initiating a series of brand positioning workshops to support the strategic goals of the company.

The Future of Sports was a research project at Bespoke, a strategic design and foresight studio in Copenhagen, that aimed to identify current changes and potential futures of the sports industry.

Service Design
Mobile.de is a German online platform providing people with the opportunity to sell used cars. In the past, they have created “buying-stations” within car dealerships and my team was tasked to optimize the service and create a positive experience that increases the number of bought cars.

This project involved the transformation of a company from a partner to an enabler. My role in this was to a) create a concept and structure for the new website, and b) to work out requirements and a concept for the later product, a platform where the user would be able to observe, plan and manage their business projects.
Mercedes-Benz

As part of the UX Team at Experience One, I helped to create the new Mercedes-Benz Vans website, a highlight complex platform for 60+ markets worldwide, which combines user needs with the variety of requirements for global markets.

After the launch of a new corporate design my team and I worked on the creation of a website in the new design. The challenge of this project was to meet user needs and embody the new brand, while limited by the client’s budget and requirements.
